SOMETIMES IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO LET SOMEONE GO TO MOVE ON IN YOUR LIFE
Our life is beautiful no doubt, but it is full of ups and downs. If there are good things that takes place in your life then there are some bad incidents as well. We enjoy all the good and happy moments and learn from bad experiences as well.
Letting go someone you loved so much is really hard. Breakup is the most difficult phase of our lives. But keep thinking of that person will give you immense pain. Its really hard to come out of this phase for some people, whereas some people don't give a dam about it and they just move on. I think the second option is great, "don't give a dam about the people who don't deserve you just move on".
Today I am going to share different ways through which you can get over a break up as soon as possible. I have some really good tips to come out of this painful phase very easily and without hurting yourself or your ex or anyone else. So here we go.....
1. TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS - Yes talk to your friends about your feelings. Tell them about what happened, how you feel and if you want to cry than cry in front of them and you will feel good. This relationship of friendship has got some sort of magic, as your friends can take you out of any situation. Your friends can help you to recover from this phase very soon.
2. GET RID OF ALL THE MEMORIES OF YOUR EX - To get Rid of all the memory delete all the pics of your ex from your phone along with their contacts. And after deleting their contacts and pics just sing this song "OH I DELETED ALL YOUR PICS THEN BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER FROM MY PHONE BABY......."😃😃😃 And after doing this just block or unfollow them on social media. Just delete them entirely from your life. And this will make you feel good. Doing this will make it easy for you to come out of this situation faster.
3. CRY IF YOU WANT - If you want to cry then cry. Because crying will help you to throw out all your pain and sad emotions along with your tears. All your pain will be washed away with your tears and you will feel better. You will feel very light and relaxed from within. You will feel that all the burden and pain has been removed from your heart.
4. GO OUT ON A TRIP WITH YOUR FRIENDS - As I said your friends they have got some sort of magic as they can take you out of any situation. Go out on trip with your friends, its better if go on a road trip if possible. This trip will help you to divert your mind. You will meet new people, you will explore new places, you will try new things. Even if one of your friend had a break up its a good idea to plan a trip for him/her. This trip will really help you to heal your broken heart faster.
5. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY - Instead of being alone spend time with your family. Talk to your mom, your father, your brother or your sister or your grand parents. Some people prefer sitting alone and crying, Pleasssseeee don't do this..... If you will sit alone not talking to anyone, you will never be able to come out of this situation. Instead spend time with your family, have dinner together, spend some time with your siblings etc.
6. LISTEN TO HAPPENING BREAK UP SONGS - Yes you read it right listen to some happening breakup songs Now instead of listening to sad songs such as "OH WHY YOU LEFT ME ALL ALONE....." or " WHY DID YOU GO......" or "I MISS YOU....."😢😢😢 blah blah blah.... Listen to some happening songs such as this song from a very popular singer "WE ARE NEVER EVER EVER.... GETTING BACK TOGETHER..." or "SHOUT OUT TO MY EX YOU WILL REALLY GOING TO MISS... YOU MADE MY HEART BREAK AND THEN MADE ME WHO I AM....."😄😄😄.
Remember... Sad songs weakens your determination to move on... And happening songs makes you happy and strong, and you take your future and life positively. Well yes you can listen to these sad songs for entertainment.
7. REACH THE NEW HEIGHTS IN YOUR CAREER - Try to Concentrate on your career. When you concentrate on your career, you really work hard and when you work hard you achieve new heights in your career. New achievements in your career will give a lot of satisfaction, and you will feel that Yes you can do it. No one can Stop you from being successful. And you could not have focused on your career if he/ she would have been in your life.
"When you will reach a new height in your career you need not tell your ex about this as they will come to know about this from others."
8. DO THINGS THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY - Do things that makes you happy. If you are happy you will get over your breakup very soon. Little things makes me happy. I mean this will sound weird but chocolate makes me happy, I don't know why but when I am upset chocolate makes me happy. So do things that makes you happy.
9. LOVE AND PAMPER YOURSELF - Love your self, pamper yourself you really need "yourself" in this situation than others. Love yourself and stop blaming yourself for whatever happened, i mean you are not responsible for this. Pamper yourself buy gifts for yourself, cook your favourite dish for yourself, give yourself sometime, enjoy your favourite movie i mean you can do a lot to pamper yourself. So learn to love yourself and enjoy your life to the fullest. Again loving yourself will help you recover fast from this situation.
10. BE POSITIVE ABOUT YOUR FUTURE - Learn to be positive about your life. Just believe that everything will be fine. Have a positive attitude towards your future, think that positive things will happen in your future. Have faith in yourself and be positive. Positivity will remove all your fears and negative thoughts, and will help you to move on in your life.

11. WRITE IT DOWN - Write your feelings in your personal diary. Writing down about how you are feeling or how much you loved him/her or how you feel after break up or anything that is going on in your mind will help you come out of the situation. Writing down about your feelings and emotions will make you feel light, your mind will be relaxed.
12. WRITE ABOUT HIM/ HER ON A PAGE - Now this one is my favourite and i love this idea.... hahaha...😄😄😄😄. Write about him/her on a page, now you can write anything about them i mean bad things or anything that you feel like that you want to forget.... Now take that page on which you wrote about him/her and tear this page into very very very small pieces and flush it. Flush this page as if you are flushing all bad memories of that person from your life. Just flush it out.
So here are different ways that can help you to get over a breakup faster as it is really important for anyone to come out of this situation as soon as possible. Give yourself some space, give yourself some time to come out of this situation and i am sure you will. And see you are doing this without hurting anyone. Just believe in yourself and have faith in your self and you can do this.
