Jim Carrey : “Life opens up opportunities to you, and you either take them or you stay afraid of taking them.”

"You become what you believe to become, you become what you deserve to become. There is nothing that you can't do, can't be or can't achieve. All you need to do is Believe in yourself." This is what we learn from the life of James Eugene Carry or you can say "Jim Carrey".

Jim Carrey is a world famous actor, comedian, screenwriter, painter and producer. He is known for his energetic performance, exceptional facial expressions, great comic timing and a great stand-up comedy and acting. But who thought that the person who makes everyone laugh with his punches and comic timing has a dark past.

It was never easy for him. Carrey's life was never the same and it took a lot of hard work, effort and struggle to be "Jim Carrey". Even though he struggled a lot but both his story and life is very inspiring. Carrey faced so many difficulties to be where he is.

At the age of 10 Jim was an undiagnosed dyslexic child. In his school life he was a very quite child who had no friends. Yet he try to make his classmates laugh, but his teachers used to think that he was disturbing the class. Jim mentioned this that "My report card always said, Jim finishes first and then disrupts the other students." Instead of getting depressed because of his learning disabilities he worked hard to built a memory to remember things rather than learning it in a usual way.

Carrey and his family suffered poverty. His father lost his job, and at the age of 12 he use to work 8 hours a day in a factory after school to support his family. Remembering this Carrey said "If my career in show business hadn't planned out I would probably be working today in Hamilton, Ontario, at the Dofasco steel mills". Not only this to help earn his family Carrey and his family worked together as Security Guard and Janitors. He lived with his family in a Camper Van parked in Campgrounds for full eight months.

Despite of the hard life Carry's father always supported him. He used to help young struggling carry to put together a stage act, driving him to Toronto to debut at comedy club yuk yuk's. Carrey said that he had learned a lot of great lessons of life from his father and the least of them is that "You can fail at what you don't want so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love."

Jim's life is a lot more to be learned from. Now imagine his life - he war poor, spent his childhood to help his family to earn a living, had learning disabilities and struggled a lot. But he never gave up. Jim Carrey's life is a proof that if you believe in yourself and you abilities nothing can stop you. All you need to do is "Believe that you will become what you want to".

And only one post is not enough for the great success of Carrey. In our next post we will discover more interesting facts about Jim Carrey's life. Do come back to read what happened next.

Failing Doesn't Mean It's Never Gonna Happen

We fail at something and give up because it is somewhere in our mind that "I failed means I lost". When we fail at something, we assume that it is impossible to succeed in that task. And hence we decide to give up instead of trying again and again. We are conditioned to believe that we will never be able to succeed in that work ever and it is somewhere in our mind. Read the following story to understand better....

Primestudent Off-to-College shopping season is here! Prime Student Gets 6-month trial registration.

"Once a Scientist was experimenting with a shark. In this experiment he kept a shark in a huge fish tank with few small fishes. Shark took a round of the tank and within a few minutes shark ate all the fish in the tank. The second time the scientist divided the fish tank with a glass partition and and put the shark on one side and few more small fishes on the other side of the tank. Now the shark tried to attack the fishes but he was not able to reach them because of the glass partition. He tried to attack for few hours and got tired and finally gave up after trying for few more hours. Scientist continued this experiment for few more days. Everyday the shark tried to attack the fishes, but he couldn't succeed and at last the shark use to give up. The scientist noticed that each day the shark was getting less violent. So the scientist removed the glass partition, and guess what happened, the shark didn't attacked the fishes. The reason being that the shark assumed that there is a glass wall and he can never succeed in what he want."

We all act like the shark. We try for time, days, weeks, months and a year. We fail and don't get the results and believe that "I can never do this". We accept that this is the end and without giving it another try we give up. It is said that "When your time comes no one can stop you from being where you want to be". Without waiting for the right time we decide to quit.

"I lost" is something that is in our mind. We are the one who let our mind believe that there is a huge wall that stops us to be on the other side of the wall which is called "Success". Instead of letting your mind presume that you can't do this tell yourself that "Today I learned a new lesson from my failure and that is to never give up".

Moral of the story is very clear that don't let your failure hold you back from achieving what you want, always believe that every thing is possible and your success is inevitable. Failure is something to be learned from and not something that holds you back from achieving what you want. If you failed for the first time, doesn't mean it will never going to happen. Achieving success is hard, but not impossible.

Invest Hard Work Today... And Get The Returns Of Success...

Sara Jameel | March 30, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

We all know that success is not an over night process. You don't achieve success overnight. It's the result of years of hard work. it's not about following the daily routine of our life and then getting on the bed exhausted at night. Hard work is something beyond that. It's about doing something extra then going to your job, coming back, keeping your apartment and yourself up to date.

When you put some extra effort and do something extra to get close to your goals. When you give preference to your goals over your needs. But people think that why to work hard, when we have shortcuts ? Well great things always takes time, is the answer. Always remember that "There is no alternative of hard work". Sometimes taking shortcuts can be dangerous. So always choose the right path to reach your destination even though it is long, because it is safer then shortcuts.

Success is the blend of hard work, dedication, determination, discipline and failure. When we see a person succeeding, we often see the success but we never see the immense hard work that person has put to achieve his//her goals. I remembered when one of my cousin topped in her 12th grade.

Off course she was intelligent. When she topped in her 12th grades and cleared the medical entrance exam in her city. People said "Oh!!! offcourse she can after all she is so intelligent, she doesn't need to make those extra effort that we are making".

When she heard that she got upset. She said "People can only see my success. But they never see how much hard work, effort, dedication and time I have put to reach my goals. I studied hard day and night. I have put that extra amount of hard work after my school and coaching classes. I have sacrificed my sleep to do the best I can. It's not only my intelligence it's my years of hard work that brought me here."

Hard word does matter, no matter how much talented or intelligent you are. Without hard work you can't achieve what you want. Remember it is important to invest hard work in your goals, and you you will get returns in the form of immense success.

You Will Remain Valuable... No Matter What !!!

You Will Remain Valuable... No Matter What !!!

Life is a tough. There are times when we make some bad decisions, deal with harsh circumstances and face tough time. We work hard day and night but we don't get the results. The feeling of nothing is going right, the way I thought. We doubt ourselves and start believing that we are worthless.

The feeling of being worthless is so strong that we often forget "Our Value". We forget that we are valuable and we never lose our value even if we get through the most harsh circumstances and rejections. This is what the story below has to say. The story that reminds you that "You Are Valuable".

A popular speaker holds a seminar. He starts his seminar by holding a $20 bill in his hand. Around 200 people gathered to listen to him. Holding a $20 note in his hand the speaker asked the crowd "Who would like to have this $20 bill?".

All the 200 people raised there hand together.

He said "What if I do this?", saying this he crumbled the bill. "Now who wants this bill?"

Again all the 200 people raised their hand.

Again he said "And what if I do this?", saying this he dropped the $20 bill on the ground and stomped the bill with his shoes. He showed the bill to the crowd which was crumbled and dirty. He asked "Now, who still wants this?"

All the hands still went up in a flow.

Seeing this the speaker smiled and said "My friends I demonstrated a very important lesson of life infront of you. No matter what I did to this bill... I crushed it... Crumbled it... Even stomped it... But the value of the bill didn't decreased. It was still worth $20. And thats what happens to us in our life. We make wrong decisions and face really hard circumstances. We are crumbled and grind into dirt by our life. But our value remains the same, it doesn't make us worthless. So no matter how difficult your life is, but the most important thing is 'You Never Lose Your Value'.

This story always remind you that even if things doesn't work in the way you planned, but you should never make yourself feel worthless. You will face difficulties, hardships, rejections and obstacles through out your life. But all you should remember is that "You are special" and "You are valuable" and don't ever forget this.

Fearless : It’s About Mastering your fear

Sara Jameel | March 27, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

Fear is something that we all have within us. Fear of height.... Fear of speed.... Fear of animals... Fear of darkness... But the most common fear we all have is "The Fear Of Failing". This is most dangerous fear of all.

When we start believing that we will lose everything if we take risk... Then we are actually ceasing ourselves from making progress. Fear is something that stops us from achieving great things. Fear hold us back from trying new things and taking a risk.

But what is the genuine meaning of being fearless.... Now you might be thinking it means being free from fear. Where you are not afraid of anything. You are strong enough and you say I an not afraid of challenges. Well you are partially correct.

You will get my point just like Jack did in this short story...!!!

"Jack was running, while a black shadow was chasing him. He was running and suddenly he fell down in a pit and there was no way out and he was trapped. And suddenly he woke up from this nightmare. This was not the first time when he had this nightmare. He decided to share this with his father, who was an experienced 62 years old man. Jack narrated his dream to his father. Jack's father said that ' If you want to get rid of your nightmares, learn to overcome and face your fear'. Jack said ' I didn't get you'. Father interpreted jack's dream and said 'The shadow that is chasing you is your fear, and you are running away from your fear. And when you fall in the pit it means that you are stopped from following your passion or something you love. And at last you are trapped because of your fear and you don't make progress. So my son get rid of your fear by facing it.' ..."

True meaning of being fearless is when you know that there are chances of loosing, but you still want to give it a try. You know that the challenge is difficult, but you are not afraid of facing it. Being fearless is mastering your fear. It is rightly said that “Head Full Of Fears Has No Space For Dreams”. The clouds of fear should be evacuated from your mind, so that you can have a beautiful dream.

When you learn to overcome and face your fear then it is the true definition of being fearless. So do things that fears you and limits you from moving forward. Be strong enough to face very challenges in your life. The day you will conquer your fear, from that very day you will be unstoppable.

The people would say something... Their job itself is to say....

Sara Jameel | March 21, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!
People will always say something or other... You just don't stop...

People always have something or the other to say… Whatever you do good or bad they have to say something, but it should not affect you or your goals. When we want to do something different a thought that always come in our mind is “What people will say… What people will think…?” The best answer to this thought is a saying (actually it’s a song) in Hindi “Kuch toh log kahenge… Logon ka kaam hai kehna…” which means that people will say something or the other… Their job itself to say...

Whatever people say just let them say… And just keep moving on and on towards your destination… I would like to share an interesting story with you…

Once a man was travelling with his wife, along with his horse. After walking to some distance the man got tired and so he decided to continue rest of his journey riding on his horse. He started his journey again riding on the horse… And people started saying that ‘Look at this man how can he ride the horse, while his wife is walking.’ He felt really bad. He asked his wife to ride the horse, while he started walking. Again people started saying ‘What kind of a wife she is, how can she ride on the horse while her husband is walking.’ Listening this they both started riding the horse. After covering some distance ‘People started taunting that how the two of them can ride the horse together, they don’t feel pity for the poor animal.’ So they both came down from the horse and started walking with their horse. Now can you guess what people said after seeing this “Now they started saying how foolish the two of them are, they have a horse with them and still they are walking…”

The moral of the story is very clear no matter what you do, good or bad, people always have something to say. Even if they know nothing, they still have to talk about it. So follow your guts feeling and listen to your heart. Do things that you think is right for you. And most importantly don’t stop or get affected to what people say, just keep moving in the right direction of progress, success and goals.

Don’t stop if you are trying to do something different. People will laugh at you they will say certain things, but don’t let your determination towards your work get affected. Ignore everything and move on and on.

The people would say something; their job itself is to say various things. And your job is to keep on moving towards your destination without bothering what people say.” So stop bothering about what people say and do something worth remembering and make a difference.

Your Dream... Is Your Responsibility...!!!

"If You Take Responsibility Of Yourself You Will Develop A Hunger To Accomplish It."  - Les Brown

Remember, when we where young when we dreamed to be the most popular and successful person. We had strong belief in our abilities and capabilities and we had a thought that we can achieve whatever we want. And everything seems to be really easy and this use to encourage us to dream even bigger. Our self believes and positive attitude toward our dream always encouraged us to pursue our dreams and goals.

And when the time comes, everything starts looking difficult and nearly impossible. We start having the feeling that it’s not working like the way I thought. And by this time all the positive attitude and thoughts we use to have, are all gone. We become lazy and we don’t work for our dreams. People struggle and loose the vision, purpose, and direction of their dreams. And then we realize that we have lost our focus and our dreams become indistinct.

We also start expecting support from our parents or family. We expect that they are going to help us to turn our dreams into reality.

It’s your dream and it is purely and only your responsibility to make it happen. Take charge of your dreams now. It’s your responsibility to turn your dreams into reality and no one else is going to do it for you. “My father, mother brother or sister is not responsible for my dreams”. No one is going to work for you. We must realize that if can dare to dream big then we should be strong enough to take the full responsibility for our dreams.

Dream to chase it, set goals to be achieved, make plans to pursue it, work hard to MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! No one is going to work hard for your dreams, like the way you are going to work hard for it. No one else is going to put the same amount of effort for your dreams, the way you are going to put. And most importantly no one is going to value your dreams, like the way you are going to value it.

So stop expecting that others are going to work for you. You have a very limited time so get up and start working for your dreams to make it happen because it’s no one else except for you who can do this. The steering of your dreams is in your hands, and it will go in the direction where you want to take it. Don’t let someone

My Cloths Doesn't Define Me!!!

Sara Jameel | March 05, 2018 | |Be the first to comment!

People are often judged on the basis of their cloths as people get the very first impression of yours by just looking at your clothes. It is very true that when we meet someone for the very first time, and we start creating an image of that person. We don't even take a second and start creating an image that what kind of a person he or she might be.

Now we start judging that person, whether the person is shy and introvert or fun loving and bubbly kind of a person. So we all do so as our cloths says a lot about us. Like if we see someone wearing really colourful and bright color clothes we often think that he/she is full of life, not afraid of living their life to the fullest, they enjoy every moment, they are bubbly, fun loving, etc.

Whereas, on the other hand, when we see someone in very dull and boring color cloths we create an image that the person might be very boring, very shy, introvert, not so fun loving, very reserved, afraid of trying new things etc. We even start analyzing the qualification and income of that person.

But let me tell you that “Your Cloths Says a lot About Someone, But It Doesn’t Say Everything About Someone”.

According to me “My clothes doesn’t define me, my cloths doesn’t say that what kind of a person I am”. And actually it’s true that “It’s not your Cloths that defines you. It’s your thinking, how you think(for any situation), what you think for others, the way you speak, what you speak, how you speak and how you treat others, is what defines you as a person”.

So judging someone on the basis of their cloths would be wrong, as you can know someone only when you talk to them. The image that you might have created about someone can be completely different. Or all your guess about that person can be completely reverse of what you thought.

Your cloths give the first impression of yours, but your behaviour and thinking leaves a long lasting impact  on someone. Stop judging, analyzing, grading, and creating an image or impression of someone just on the basis of their clothes because cloth says a lot, but not everything.

9 Good Reasons Why You Should Stop Comparing Your Life With Others

Sara Jameel | January 30, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

"Work On Yourself To Be A Better Person."
As I said in my past posts Don't Look At Others Life : No One Owns A Perfect One that why you should not compare your life with others. So, here I am with the same, I hope you learn something new and you will also imply it into your life. 😄😄😄

Almost all of us have a tendency to compare their life with others sooner or later in our life. Just Wait!!! And think for a while. Why are you doing so??? Is It Benefiting you??? Are you getting something from this comparison??? I am sure the answer is “no”.

It brings nothing but only loads of tension, stress and depression in your life. You don't realize that comparing your life with others is only affecting your life and that too negatively. We all try so hard to bring positivity in your life and work so hard to make our life better. But we ruin everything by comparing your life with others. The comparison makes your life dull, you lose positivity and joy from your life and it leaves you demotivated.

There are a lot of valid reasons that why you should not compare your life with others. Let's discuss them one by one:

1. Wrong Comparable Basis
When we compare our life, we actually make the comparison on the wrong basis. We often compare our life with our worst situation and their best situation. Yes!!! We often make the mistake of comparing our worst thing with their best thing. But we never compare our best thing with their worst thing. So, the basis of comparison is wrong then, it is worthless to compare it with others.

2. It Distracts You
The comparison only distracts you from your goal. Instead of working hard to have a better life we start comparing it with someone else. Your mind is diverted from your goals. We all know that to be successful, we all need to be focused on our goal so that we can give our 100% to it. So in order to achieve what you want to be, first you have to stop comparing.

3. It's A Waste of Time
Another reason for this is that it is a complete waste of time. We all know that time never waits for someone and it is precious too. Then Why to waste your on unproductive thing such as a comparison. Instead, put your time and effort in some productive work so that at least you can get something out of it.

4. Never Ending
The process of comparison is never ending. If first you compare your clothes, then your shoes, then your salary, then your car, then your house, then your looks, your body shape, then your…… In short you continue comparing everything you have one after another. And in this never ending process, you reach nowhere, except for keeping on comparing. So drop the idea because your comparison is reaching nowhere.

5. You Are Always Unsatisfied
Comparison never lets you to be satisfied with what you have or where have you reached your life. And due to this unsatisfaction you get lost somewhere. You are not you, and maybe the never ending want can lead to a big trouble. And at the end you are not able to enjoy your life to the fullest (that’s what you are supposed to do).

6. It Doesn’t Benefit You
The comparison doesn’t benefit you in any way. It rather harms you and your life. Just imagine comparing your life with others will not make your life better. Or it will not make you successful until you stop comparing and start working hard. So the comparison is not going to benefit you in any way.

7.  Get Demotivated
We all know that motivation keeps you going in the direction of success. A successful person always keeps on motivating him/her self until they achieve success in their work. And the comparison is the one thing that demotivates you and brings the feeling that you cannot achieve anything in your life or you are good for nothing. And this demotivation takes you far away from success. So again the choice is yours to move toward success or far away from it.

8.  Thief Of Joy
The major reason why you should not compare is that comparison robs joy from your life. When you see the bright side of someone’s life (without actually knowing the dark side) it makes you sad. And you see the bad side in your life and good side of others life, as I said above makes you unsatisfied. And eventually you lose your joy that is the most important and off course the brighter side of “Your Life".

9.The Feeling Of Jealousy
Last but not the least comparison generates the feeling of Jealousy in you. And developing a feeling of jealousy in you is not a healthy sign. As it is a sign of negativity in you and your life. And Negativity will lead you nowhere and eventually you will end up nowhere.

The comparison is good when you do it for analyzing yourself that where have you reached so far and how far you have to go. But comparison becomes worse when it starts affecting your life negatively. So The Decision is yours that your comparison should be good or bad.

I Found My Way To Blogging : My Story

Sara Jameel | January 16, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

“I Found My Way To Blogging” is my story about how and why I started blogging. I was an average student in my school and college. Yes, you can say that I was a mediocre, but I never considered myself as a mediocre. I was very shy and introvert kind of a person. And my family is full of doctors. But I decided to choose a different path for me. And my older brother also did the same.

I opted for commerce. And while I was in the first year of my graduation, I had a conversation with one of my cousin that really changed my way of thinking. She said “There is no other profession in this world that is respected more than a doctor” as she is a medical student. Yes, I agree with her that doctors are life savers and healer, but I felt really bad. Even today I remember the exact words that she said to me.

But her words didn’t have a negative impact on my mind, rather it had a very positive impact on my mind. This incident increased my desire to achieve something in my life. The “want” of proving myself also increased.

And after completing my bachelor’s and master’s degree of commerce, I was planning to get a teaching degree. But my father didn’t allow me to study any further. I am not an Ideal daughter… But, I love my father a lot and I just can’t disobey him, as he has done a lot for me and my family. And he is still doing a lot for us. So I just thought to find a way that does not bother him and at the same time I can do something for me as well.

So, what I did was that I just inherited a simple quality of “Water”… I made my way through these obstacles, just like water that always manages to find its way through everything that comes in its way.

Circumstances and people can create an obstacle for me. But these obstacles can neither block me nor my way. As I know how to find my way to reach my destination. And today I am the "only blogger" and my elder brother is the "only Architect" of my house.

And I started blogging not because I had no other option. I started blogging to motivate people like me who, never wants to stop in their life. And to tell people like me to always find their way… Not for others but for yourself…

Thank You for reading my story.

Go Find Your Way !!!!

Sara Jameel | January 15, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

Have you ever seen flowing water...???? Or Have you ever noticed that how smoothly the water manages to find its way even through so many stones??? What are the thoughts about the water that comes into your mind when you see it flowing freely??? Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below.... 😊😊😊

Water has some qualities that are.... "No one and nothing can stop the "Water" from flowing... Water is unstoppable... It keeps on moving in the direction it wants to... And if any obstacle comes in its way.... The water always manages to find its way through the obstacles... And it keeps on moving and moving in the right direction until it reaches its destination...."

The want of achieving what we want… Often teaches us to find our way towards our destination…

Just like water… “You should feel that you are unstoppable. You should keep moving in the direction you wants to and that's your goal. And if you face any difficulty, then you should find your way and move through those difficulties very smoothly, just like water. Just keep moving on and on and on until you reach your destination, in other words, until you reach your goal and achieve success.

I really wanted to be a teacher... But I couldn't make it... But I never stopped in my life... And" I Found My Way To Blogging : My Story ". Read My story about why and how I started blogging. Even you should not stop... Go Find Your Way !!!!

So, please add the characteristic of water in yourself.... And we all should inherent the quality of water...

At the end, what is the moral of the story ??? The moral of the story is "To Achieve Success In Your Life... Always Manage To Find Your Way Through All The Obstacles And Difficulties In Your Life. As the one who do so is the winner."

Don't Look At Others Life : No One Owns A Perfect One

Sara Jameel | January 11, 2018 | ||Be the first to comment!

Don’t compare your life with others coz no one owns a perfect life……

“These celebrities live such a lavish life…. They have such a perfect life…. They have everything… I wish even I could have a similar life… One day I will own this kind of a life….” These are the thoughts that come in our mind when we look at the life of our favorite actor or actresses.

It's great when we dream big, and we say that "One day I will own this kind of a life…" because these thoughts keep us motivated to achieve our goals. But these thoughts work as a motivation until we wish to have a better life. But as soon as we start comparing it with our friends and relatives it does not motivate us, because it only distracts us from achieving our goal.

We compare our life with our friends, colleagues and relatives who own a better life than us. We all think that other people own a better and perfect life. Perfect life..???? There is such a word called “Perfect Life”. Well, if you think so, then you are absolutely wrong…. And no one in this world owns a “Perfect Life”.

We can only see the bright side of someone’s life. But what about the other side???? We don’t know what sort of problems they have in their life. We are totally unaware of the other side of someone’s life. But what sort of problems can he/she have???

Maybe the person has some health issue… Maybe his/her life is very stressful because of his/her work… Maybe he/she has some family problem… Or maybe they don’t get time to spend with their families… Or they have some personal problems that they can't share with anyone. Maybe you don't have a perfect life, but at least you have a peaceful life.

They have their own story and you have your own… And try to make your story different and better than others… So stop comparing it, and start loving it as "No One Owns A Perfect Life".

I will be posting the reasons that why you should not compare your life with others very soon.

Thank You for reading.

Heal Your Past.. Enjoy Your Present.. Plan Your Future...

If You Are Depressed, You Are Living In Past. If You Are Anxious, You Are Living In Future. If You Are At Peace, You Are Living In Present. - Lao Tzu
What will you prefer? Depression, anxiousness
or peace??? Well I will prefer "Peace", and not only me I am sure even you will also prefer the same.

There are three kinds of people in this world.

First, the one who is living in the past. Since something really bad happened to them in the past and they are not able to come out of it.

Second, the one who is always worried about their future.

Third, the one who lives in past and worry about their future as well. These people think that something bad happened to me and this can effect my future as well or this can happen to me in future again if I am not careful.

But you don't know there are a "Fourth Kind" of people that exist and they are the one who lives in present. They not only live in present, but they also enjoy and appreciate it... Enjoy every moment of it.

Read This Beautiful thought : Live More Worry Less

But why we don't know that "Fourth Kind Of People" also exist??? Thats because there are a lot of people who regret their past, worries about their future or do both of them. But there are very few people who enjoy there present, and these people are very rear.

Sometimes we take our life too seriously, and we get so involved in regretting and worrying... That we often forget that we are ruining our "Precious, Valuable And Beautiful Present" and a "Wonderful And Bright Future" as well.

So stop regretting your past... Try to forget and heal your past..
Stop worrying about your future... Instead Dream And Plan It.
And LIVE, ENJOY AND APPRECIATE YOUR "BEAUTIFUL PRESENT"

Let me know if you liked my article in the comment section below... Coz your comments, thoughts and reviews matters a lot.

Thank You.. Have A Beautiful Today.. And A Wonderful and Bright Future...
