A girl questioned on a renowned site that "How to motivate myself every single day?". It is not possible for anyone to keep him/herself motivated every single day. I don't say it is impossible, but it is hard to do.

Some day we are fully charged, full of energy, enthusiasm and excited to chase our goals. Other times we feel lazy and negativity surrounds us. While you can't control what happens to you... But you can control how you respond to it... Its you who can create a positive environment around yourself to achieve your dreams and goals.

Now it's not going to be a long motivational speech for you that will charge you. But this blog post contains the best ways that you can have to motivate yourself. These points are really gonna help you.. So here we go....


1. Remove The Word Can't


"I Can't" is a negative word. This word is always ready to pull you down even if you want to take a step ahead. Try removing this word "Can't" and include the word "Can" in your life. Adding the word can will have a very positive impact on your mind. And the next time when you will do something that is challenging for you, this is what you will say to yourself "Lets Do this".   


2. Stop Doubting Your Abilities


"Doubt Kills More Dreams Than Failure Ever Will". Stop doubting your ability because you are tremendously talented. Start believing in your ability because you know that you can do this. Believing in yourself will boost your confidence. The confidence that will keep you motivated through out your life.


3. Believe In Yourself


Believing in your self is the best thing that you can do to yourself. You know how hard you work for something that really matters for you. Read more and more articles, books and quotes that will always inspire you. The best time to read them are in the morning. Thats the time when you understand each and every word very clearly. And doing this will keep you inspired  all day long, plus your mind will be filled with positive thoughts. This will also help you to remind you that no matter how hard your day was but at the end everything will be great.


6. Start With 'Why'


When ever you start with something start with a reason "Why" you are doing this. The reason why you do this is because you really want to do it. If you feel demotivated by the end or in the middle of the work, then you can always remind yourself that why you started. Doing this will give you motivation to complete the task, plus it will remind you your goals as well.


7. Reward Yourself For Your Achievements


Give yourself a treat, every time you achieve something. And you deserve it after all the hard work. Having a bowl of ice cream or a piece of cake would be great. Rewarding yourself will always motivate you to achieve new goals. And not just for achieving more but it also motivate you to work hard for it.


8. I Can And I Will


Say this aloud to yourself "I can and I will". By doing this you are reminding yourself that you are capable of achievement. You know your capabilities and potential. You are also preparing yourself to face any challenge that comes in your life.


9. Appreciate Yourself  : 


Don't forget to love and appreciate yourself. Appreciate yourself, for all the hard work and achievements. You know that you are worth for getting appreciated not only from others but from yourself also. By appreciating yourself you are believing in your ability.


10. Remind Yourself  What You Can Do


You should remind yourself that you are capable of achieving everything you want. You know how much you have achieved so far and you are capable enough to achieve more in the coming years. How much you have achieved and how much is still there to conquer.


11. Be Optimistic


Being optimistic is the best way to keep yourself motivated. When you think that good things will happen in the future will always lead you towards your goals. If you will keep thinking that nothing good is going to happen to you, then you will never lead yourself to success. Your progress is going to stop. And the people with positive thought will always lead themselves towards success and progress.  


12. Exercise And Meditation :


Exercise and meditate at least 15-20 mins a day. This will make you think healthy. Even a 5 min exercise can affect your mood, make you think healthy, active, energetic and dynamic. Healthy thinking will help you to get and stay motivated to follow through whatever you need.
