Players Making India Proud In Commonwealth Games 2018

Being a proud Indian I have to write this post for all players out there who brought medals for our country. It a proud moment for our country where India is ranked 3rd with 25 Gold, 16 Silver and 18 Bronze making a total of 59 medals.

On the 10th day boxer MC Mary Kom won gold medal in 48kilogram category. Neeraj Chopra won gold in men's Javelin. Chopra became the first Indian javelin thrower to claim a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, pulling off a season's best effort of 86.47m in the final in Gold Coast. 

Vinesh Phogat won gold in 50 kg wrestling competition. Boxer Vikas Krishan clinched gold medal in the men's 75kg category while Satish Kumar lost the final of the 91kg category and returned with a silver. 

Dipika Pallikal and Saurav Ghosal claimed silver after going down against Australia's Donna Urquhart and Cameron Pilley in the summit clash of the mixed doubles squash competition.

India won medals in various categories such as Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Wrestling, Para Powerlifting, Shooting, Squash, Table Tennis and Weightlifting.

Indian players are creating history and making India proud. I am feeling so proud and excited for what they have done. There years of hard work has not only given them but also their country a fruitful result. Thank you for all you did for your country. Thank for the medals. Thank you for the hard work and effort you put. Thank you for making India proud.

We are so proud of you. We are expecting more medals for our country. We all appreciate your work. Chak de India !!! I am so happy, super excited and proud.
